Waterside Drive - Norfolk's premier, seven-acre waterfront park provides direct public access to the water's edge. Situated between Waterside Drive and the Elizabeth River, Town Point Park is located in the heart of the city's business, shopping and entertainment district and serves as the venue for festivals and special events of all sizes and types.
