Tidewater Winds

July 2007 marked the 23rd consecutive season of summer concerts in the Sousa Band tradition by the Tidewater Winds, organized in 1985 by the late Dr. Sidney Berg and continued by Mr. Alberto Romen Asercion and Mr. John H. Brewington. The concerts are a gift to the public and are presented without charge.
