The 6th annual PANorama Caribbean Music Fest celebrates the music and culture of the Caribbean. And if it's Caribbean, it's probably rooted in the steel band! And if it's Caribbean, it has to take place outside! On Friday the action takes place at the Virginia Beach Convention Center with workshops for participating bands.
