As a part of the Crispus Attucks Cultural Center, drum circles are held on the stage of the beautifully renovated Attucks Theatre in Norfolk. Multi-cultural Performing Arts Consulting is committed to continuing in the legacy of cultural contributions offered to the community by the Historic Attucks Theatre. Drum circles are musical gatherings where participants share an experience beyond the act of drumming. The drums serve as voices through which group members communicate. Not concerned with performance, drum circles are recreational forms of musical creativity, which focus on fun, wellness and personal development. Refresh your strength and spirits during your Wednesday lunch break.
