The Bayou Boogaloo & Cajun Food Festival is Norfolk's annual love-fest with New Orleans' special spirit and unique Bayou culture. This popular 3-day festival delivers the heart and soul of Louisiana to visitors to Town Point Park in true Cajun and Creole style. Event Information: Free Friday Admission Lunch Preview: 12:00pm-4:00pm.
