    Nauticus and NOAA will deploy a brand new Chesapeake Bay Interpretive Buoy in the Elizabeth River as well as unveil a new interpretive kiosk. This 'smart' buoy will provide mariners, educators, recreational boaters, and scientists with historic interpretation as well as real-time data for local weather, water quality and oceanographic conditions.
