Kick-off your holidays by attending the Old Virginia Christmas Fair at Smith's Fort Plantation and a pleasurable free ferry ride across the James from Jamestown Island. Select craftsmen will assemble in colonial costume, demonstrating their crafts and selling their collector and gift quality wares. Many of these talented artisans have been juried into the 'Top 200 Traditional Craftsmen in America' by Early American Life Magazine. Some of the wares displayed at the Fair will be traditional furniture, floorcloths, weaving, pewter, historical art, Santas, ornaments, feather, trees, candles, Windsor chairs, theorem, handmade journels, pewter, copper lights, signs, birdhouses, dried florals, blacksmithing ware, redware, silver jewelry, and much, much more.
