This is Virginia Beach Public Libraries kick-off event to 'October is Teen Read Month' with special thanks to the Friends of the Library and Neptune Festival. Grab some friends, catch some sun, and mingle with book and concert lovers while listening to local emerging artists and pulsating talent! Event Location: 14th Street Stage
