    The Virginia Beach SPCA invites all animal lovers to join us in celebration of their 20th Annual Celebrity and Pet Fashion Show & Auction, 'The Great Catsby.' In keeping with the 1920's theme, dress is 'garden' white or flapper fashion for women and creative black tie for men. This event continues to be heralded as one of the most entertaining charitable events in South Hampton Roads, with live and silent auctions valued at over $65,000, including: an autographed Jimmy Buffett acoustic guitar, dream vacations to the Bahamas or Santa Fe, New Mexico; or a 2008 Honda 'Ruckus' Motor Scooter, just to name a few.
